Hewlett-Packard Co. will introduce a smartphone in early 2011 with the operating system platform uses artificial webOS Palm. webOS is now a portfolio of HP after the acquisition of Palm worth 1.2 billion U.S. dollars earlier this year.
“You’ll see us come early next year with a new phone,” said HP senior vice president, Eric Cador, in an industry conference, in Barcelona, Spain, on Wednesday (06/10/2010).
HP buying Palm to strengthen its portfolio in fast-growing smartphone industry. “More importantly we acquired WebOS,” Cador said.
